Biscuits & Sausage Gravy

16 oz. bulk sausage
2 Tbsp. margarine
6 Tbsp. flour
3-1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
biscuits (We use 8 "extra large jumbo" biscuits from Aldi.)


Cook sausage. Drain off all but 2 Tbsp. grease. (If using low-fat sausage, there probably won't be any to drain off.) Stir in margarine until melted. Add flour. Gradually stir in milk, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for two minutes.

Serve over biscuits. Bake them first. :)
